A licensed Broker since 1990, with Sotheby's International Realty ®, Cynthia has a reputation as a dedicated professional and expert in her field. She specializes in luxury properties, vineyard properties, land and new development. Cynthia holds CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker) Designations.  In addition she holds leadership positions in the North Bay Association of Realtors, Sonoma County Housing Coalition (SCHC), Sonoma Valley Housing Affordability Advisory Group(SVHAAG), and she currently serves on several committies and taskforces for the California Association of Realtors.

Cynthia has been a resident of Sonoma Valley for 25 years with her husband Frank and three children. She is co-owner (with her husband) of Woodfield Properties, specializing in vacation rental and conventional property management in Sonoma since 1992.
